Very Dissappointed

I sent the below in an email to [****] on 9/2/2024 and have yet to receive a reply.
I have installed the Pexmor 80cc bicycle engine kit per instructions but am experiencing a problem. The engine produces no spark. I have done the following to diagnose.
- I checked for spark 2 ways. By removing the plug from the engine and holding to metal ground on the engine while plugged into the coil. Also, I inserted the metal end of a screwdriver in the coil wire and held onto the metal portion of the screwdriver with my hand while touching a good ground on the engine with the same hand. I spun the engine over both times with no spark and no shock to my hand. I also tried a different new plug and no spark.
- When checking resistance between the black wire and blue wire on the magneto the reading is 324 ohms. I get the same reading on 2 different new magnetos. The black wire is properly grounded to the magneto and the magneto is properly grounded to the engine.
- Not sure how to check the CDI coil but I have tried 3 different new coils all with no spark. I did check the resistance between the black and blue wires on the coil and the reading was 550 ohms. I got this same reading on the 3 other new coils.
All spark tests performed while spinning the engine over fast enough to work.

Go easy

These things are not easy to build. I wouldn’t recommend for a beginner unless you have someone by your side. If you’re up for a good challenge do it. A screw for the clutch was missing but besides that everything came with it. Piston had a little chip in it but still made good compression. You have to be careful during break in period. GO EASY, BE SAFE and have fun.
