Warranty Policy

Please read the following warranty guidelines and restrictions carefully before making a purchase:

Our products are backed by a 365-day warranty from the date of purchase. We guarantee that failures due to non-human factors will be resolved through replacement parts, replacement of the entire unit, refund or warranty repair service. Please note that the following conditions are not covered by the warranty. Pexmor's liability is limited to repairing or replacing defective items.

Restrictions:
1. The 365-day warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product;
2. Damage caused by neglect or misuse of the product is not covered;
3. Normal wear and tear caused by the regular use of the product is not covered by this warranty.

Notes on Parts:

If any necessary part or item is defective needs to be replaced, we can only ship a replacement to the delivery address of the original order.

Please note that some parts are shipped from foundries in China and may take around 15 business days to receive.

To be eligible for warranty coverage, manufacturers require evidence of a warranty defect. If you discover a product issue, you will need to provide photo and/or video evidence of the issue.

The defective item, along with the original purchase receipt, must be presented by the original purchaser to the dealer from which it was purchased. The dealer will then make arrangements with Pexmor for the repair or replacement of the defective item.

Pexmor reserves the right to make changes to this warranty policy. However, the policies in place at the time of purchase will be honored.
