Many good features in the design and assembly. I like that it folds. The hitch has a spring that makes for a more flexible attachment to the bike. The pins fit easily for the sides. I have two very small issues. One the loose plastic insert on the hitch needs to be fastened somehow or it will be lost immediately. The sides rattle terribly on any rough road. Tight bungies resolve this. If you have a set handy.
The universal hitch did not fit the bolt on the bike’s rear wheel. I had to ream it out to larger size. Reflector for rear of trailer broke immediately.

I had a small issue and they've been very helpful.
The product is as described. Much smaller than I was expecting and the sheet metal for the bottom is very very thin. About the thickness of a sheet of paper!
However, to save weight it's most likely a compromise to keep you from hauling 50lbs around.
All the attachments come with the trailer and it hooked up and worked flawlessly
